The other aspect of having a viral product is the opportunity to create links which will allow you to make sales automatically from your viral product. There is a lot more to developing website traffic than listing your site on the search engines. If you do have your products created by someone else, don’t cheat your prospective customers by giving them a skimpy or cheap free product. Remember that your viral product will represent your brand.

400 Directory submissions - There is software for doing this. Please don’t try to do it manually. You can even find free software or online services that will do this for you. It’s important from the standpoint of linking and link sharing. Most of the general public will find you on the big three search engines but there is a good deal of credibility and website traffic exposure that comes from being on 400 search directories.
Create about 4 or 5 article a day and submit them to article websites. This may sound like a lot but you will create a massive back link resource for your website if you spend two months doing this. You will also find that there will be many new visitors to your site from this method of promotion.
Get working on Squidoo lenses (create several in your niche.) Work on these lenses the way you work your blog. There lenses will pay you dividends down the road. People can access your website from the lens and again increase your website traffic a great deal as you promote the Squidoo lenses on your website.
Post to selected niche forums daily. Be sure to include Yahoo Answers because it does help with traffic. Your back links and signature will contribute to the website traffic goals. Like all the other tactics you’re using, this builds up over time. Most people stop doing the things it takes to build your traffic after a few days.
You can work hard to make this strategy a winner for you or you can do it for a few days and search for someone to do it for you. Either way if you get it done, you will begin to see dramatic results within 30 days. In 60 days you will be thanking me and making light of the fact that you worked so hard to get to this point.
This strategy will bring you a profitable income if you start with a profitable product or service. You can count on it but you have to start with the right keywords and the right market. Many of these techniques are not used by the majority of web owners but will if done consistently radically increase your website traffic.

Confidence in the Mexican economy is strong and has been especially so since Felipe Calderon was inaugurated as president on the 1st of December 2006. He is seen as being progressive, and many expect him to improve Mexico’s economic standing during his 6 year term as president even in the face of a sharp slowdown in terms of the US economy with which Mexico’s own economy is closely tied, and a potential decline in oil prices and revenue upon which Mexico’s economy relies.
President Calderon is thought to be determined to even out social inequality in Mexico, improve economic standards for all Mexican people and to secure a more stable and prosperous standing for his nation, and as part of this large long term plan of expansion and development the real estate marketplace has a key part to play.
The Mexican government are predicted to be about to expand the availability of mortgage credit to encourage the overall housing market in general and to allow for greater local affordability of real estate. Furthermore there are pressures on the government to improve infrastructure as well which will make Mexico even more attractive to overseas property buyers and potentially boost travel and tourism traffic as well.

A second equally powerful and effective method is the marketing strategy of Banner co-ops. Banner impressions are at a surplus on the internet and it is a buyers market for this type of traffic.
In this article I will provide an overview of banner co-ops and the availability of this method to drive traffic.
Secret #2 - Banner Co-Ops
This is probably a source that you may not have heard much about as it is considered an underground or ‘guerilla’ source of marketing. The basic process behind this system is buying bulk banner impressions on high traffic sites such as Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail, etc..
Most people realize that the major content providers sell banner impressions (the sale of a block of traffic for banner impressions is called an insertion order) on their websites but what you may not realize is, they almost always have an overabundance of impressions available each month and let’s face it, they are in the business of selling as much of this traffic as they can, so you can easily obtain some of this traffic with a little effort.

This is a fantastic method to help build your team by leveraging the power of high traffic sites and it works for any product, any system and any business.

The Croatian government is set to lift the current restrictions on the EU citizens buying property in Croatia on 1st February 2009.
Currently most buyers/investors have to set up a Croatian company to buy property in Croatia. However, from next year EU nationals will be able to own Croatian property in their own name (apart from some rural land).
How will this affect the Croatian property market?
Croatia is primarily a second home destination and does not attract as many second home buyers as the likes of, for example, Spain or France.
This is primarily due to:
- access being more difficult (ie flights),
- weather not as good, particularly in the winter,
- property prices that are already high and
- until very recently the complete lack of mortgage finance available for foreigners.
The lifting of restrictions is likely to see some increased interest in the Croatian property market though (relatively) high prices and poor mortgages still remain very large barriers to a flood of foreign investors in to the Croatian property market.
Mortgages in Croatia
Until recently it was not practically possible to obtain a mortgage in Croatia as a foreigner.
There are signs now that some mortgage products are becoming available, though not with very attractive conditions (eg 50-60% LTV, 7%+ interest rate, and only 15 year terms). As they are not used to dealing with foreigners investors can further expect a long complicated and difficult process to be able to obtain a mortgage in Croatia.
Croatian property market predictions
Over the next year I see the Croatian property market, on the whole, continuing to stagnate.
With the prospect of EU membership in, potentially, 1-2 years time things in medium term should be looking up for the property market in Croatia.
However, for the moment I see no real reason to invest in property in Croatia when there are far better and safer markets elsewhere in Europe, unless of course you wish to buy a holiday home then the decision making process is somewhat different.
